This house was built in 2000 by The Estridge Group in the Oakmont Ridge development in Noblesville, Indiana. We had an Estridge model 625B built and moved in at the end of September 2000. This house was listed for sale on Monday, June 13, 2016 and an offer was received and accepted the same day.
